It has come to our notice that some unknown mischievous person from Midnapur in West Bengal, posing himself as Processing Manager of Branch Office of Maxgrow Biotech P. Ltd. in West Bengal has circulated an advertisement in a leaflet inviting applications for recruitment of 1200 persons of different categories on a prescribed form obtainable at the cost of Rs. 25/- upto 15th April 2013. There is nothing truth in it. Maxgrow Co. does not take responsibility for the contents of this leaflet. If anybody takes any action according to leaflet, he will be doing so at his own risk and cost. We are informing the concerned Police Stations and Police Administration in West Bengal and also the press for publication in newspapers.

The Associates of Maxgrow Biotech Pvt Ltd. who get commission of over Rs. 2500/- in a particular financial year, are required to furnish their PAN cards as per the income tax act 1961, falling which the deduction of TDS will be made @20%. If the associates have not obtained the PAN so far, they are advised to apply for the same to the income tax department immediately and provide us a copy of the same. When Maxgrow Biotech Pvt Ltd will receive the copy, the deduction of TDS will be made @10% from the date of issue of PAN card.
